alignment?
Tried higher wattage globes (and upgraded wiring)
Mines a 94 update model and before I lifted the bejessus out of it they seemed to work well. Now I seem to have problems pointing them down enough.

I thought about the options and then decided to go with slightly better globes and Lightforce RM170s. Suffice it to say, it's like having god with a million Dolphin torches.

If you fit higher wattage globes and don't have relays, you are asking for trouble.
The plastic switches rover use soften/melt due to the heat and can fail at the worst possible time.
Fitting relays will also increase the voltage at the globes and improve the light output.
