Hi Irshad,
I also HAD a drum brake rear end and was looking at converting to discs. The only cost-effective way to achieve this is to swap your rear drum brake diff housing for a complete disc brake rear housing. Maybe do a trade with the scrap yard ?
There are a number of reasons as to why it isn't as simple as bolting discs on. PLZ RUB PENOR!!!!11. Someone who is more knowledgable than me can explain.
Also if you are going to swap the rear housing for a disc rear housing, perhaps spend some time looking for a factory rear diff lock housing. THese come with disc brakes and a selectable rear locker. In my opinion that is the best option - as that is what I did.
Hope this helps mate.

What he said... I mean you WILL actually have to swap out your entire rear drum brake housing for an entire disc brake rear diff housing.
That will entail jacking rear up. Unbolting All trailing arms, panhard rod, shocks, stabiliser bar, driveshaft, brake lines. Then swap new complete disc housing in.

when you swap the rear diff to disc brake you will also need to upgrade your master cyclinder to the disc brake item. Ive just done 1 of mine, the only difference i found was a different size nut is needed to bolt the panhard bar to the diff, apart from that it was very straight forward and took only 4hrs apart from bleeding the brakes.
