Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey all

have a bit of a problem with the immobilser at the moment

I try and start the truck and charge the glow plugs turn the engine over and just before it fires all the dash lights go off and the indicators flash just like when you acivate the immobilser

apart from bypassing the unit is there anything else that will help

the only thing that i have done is take out the inner part of the cig lighter and just covered the bare wire with electrical tape, wouldn't have thought that would have caused such a annoying problem

hope some one can help as rugby is washed out and i was really looking forward to going for a bash on a saturday!!!

piss it off completly or bypass it, when they start playin up its not worth fixin

sounds like the go hey as the footy has been washed out and would be a good time to go for a play as i have a weekend!!!

bypassing is as easy as fixing the two wires that exit the unit and fixing them together? or is there more to it?
