Are flexable fuel lines (the rubber ones) legeal in NSW as a replacement for solid lines? After 8 days I still cannot find the air leak in my fuel line so am thinking of just replacing the line from the tank to pump bypassing the first filter then from the pump to the primer/second filter.

I tried bypassing the primer/second filter today and it still made no difference so the leak has to be further back.

Could be, I've checked everything else. Be a bugger if it is, have to drop the tank a couple of inches just to see it :? Guess at least the tank is not full.

could you undo the line at the tank end and plug it. somehow fit up a pump to the other end of the line and pump it up to 10 psi or something. this would help show up the leak. just an idea...

i had a crack somewhere in my main fuel line in the hilux in the end the only way to get it to run was to run a rubber fuel line the whole way , i made sure it was away from heat etc and its been running fine for a year and a bit, passed 2 regos with it aswell
