Mick at Ipswich might have one - or if not probably still has heaps of unwelded ones he could weld for you. He is on here as bobtail, but doesn't come on much, maybe PM Sam (strangerover) for his contact details.
Come to that, Sam and the boys at Haultech may have a rover diff they can weld for you.
Bear in mind, that rover 4.7's are A LOT weaker than 3.54s

yeah I was told they are very weak diffs, I run 38's and am gentle but do give it some when its safe and so far no breakage. you reckon I should be getting some old 3.5s like its meant to have? bearing in mind its a rock crawler?

You must be driving it very easily if you have had no breakages on 10-spline axles!!!

Not true, Ben.
HI JACK has been flogging his pos Rangie on 35s and 37s with NO breakages on 10 spline axels. We just did a front end swap with an 89 RR front that I had sitting around, and the splines were perfect.
Harley drives this bloody thing harder than the buggy, too.

Interesting Micka...
With or without lockers? that seems to make a difference. Trav (Aquqrangie) broke 2x 10 splines on 33's, as have plenty of others I know...

Only a Maxi in the rear.
I was shocked to see how good the axels are. Maybe he has managed to avoid getting the wheels bound up as badly because they are so bloody big.
I was thinking about the CVs not breaking and wondering if its due to his reduced amount of turning - the 37s hit the radius arm well before full lock.
Either way...he didn't manage to break any 10 spline axels on 35" Extreme Trekkers and 37" Creepies.

I go as hard as a buggy with no lockers allows...
but I just go easy on things like not floggy the fock outa it when it loses traction or when the wheels are turned full lock( which I get due to the huge offset ) also real gentle on heavy descents till the load is taken up, which I often have to do in neutral as I can't stop the focker in D anyway!

I think Sam found that lock-stop adjustments seemed to have a big part in CV failure. I recall he welded stops on the back of his swivels as well as the front.
No locker also makes life much easier for the CVs (and axles). I have (personally) never seen a CV fail on a truck with no front locker.
