OK i gather your rig is IFS up front andf leafs in the back.
I now a bit about IFS cause i had a Pajero m there is not a reat deal you can do with IFS.
When i had my paj i trimmed the bumpstops but that only gives you another 20mm of travel.
With leafs i ahve heard of poeple taking uot a leaf or 2 but that well lessen the amount have weight you can carry.

Okay yeah maybe I should have given abit more info but it was 2am and I was tired, It is IFS Front and Leaf rear as previously stated by somebody, and i\has Koni Adjustables all round. I don't wanna be spending a big amount on it.
Thanks

Then dont buy a new Hilux.......you gotta spend money to get a decent off-road machine these days.......In order for mine to get up hills, new springs, new shocks, ARB diff locks, bigger tyres.........or else you'll belly slap all the rocks!
Good luck

Yep I just use an ARB in the back to help me overcome my lack of flex offroad in my '03 lux. I also have some swaybar quick disconnects in the front but they're a pain in the ass to put back together and are probably illegal in Australia. I have 1.5" balljoint spacers in the front so I can get a bit more lift without crankin the torsion bars but I gather those are hard to engineer over there. I plan to take out the load leaf in my rear spring pack and use a slightly longer shackle to see how that helps with the flex at some point. I dont ever carry much more than 300lbs in my tray so shouldn't be a prob and should make the ride a bit more comfortable.
