G60 Hubs exploded- now with pics!!!

Post by brighty »

Can anyone tell me where to easily source some hubs for the G60.... my mate absolutely blew one apart today!!!

Or..... does any other hub interchange with these..... from memory, it's a 1977 model.

Cheers,
Brighty.

AVM makes G60 hubs. I believes they are made by Warn but sold in Aus as AVM's. They are the best hub available that I know of for the G60. Almost as good as the 1960's Warn hubs we got here in the USA.

Why not do a disc conversion at the same time and put MQ discs on (knuckle to disc). Failing that I have some hubs here if you want them.

As far as I know.... there is no lift.... BUT...

They chopped the rear half off and built a tube tray... a bit of choppy choppy on the rear guard and exhaust, and the 35's fitted no prob.

Will try to get pics up tomorrow.

That is one beat up hacked up G60.

But it is nice to see it getting used instead of rotting in some paddock. Is it still pretty stock mechanically? What are mods and or planned mods?

I got picture(s) around somewhere of an Aussie G60 heavily modded. The thing flexes like crazy....
