Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hi i was after some specs or close up pics of his tube bar the sort that guts runs on his lux . i am maily after how they bolt on.thanks

havent got any pics of it but im currently building me own. from the pics Ive found it bolts to the 4 holes on the front of the chasie and the also to the other 4 holes (2 on each side) on the side of the chasie.

mine is pretty much the same but im also useing the 4 holes under the front .
i used a piece of 65x65x5 angle iron and 5mm plate for the to sides.
ill try and get some pics up so ya can see what talking about.

the one on guts lux isn't the cheezy bar. and i dunno if it's mounted the same.

Pics on the snake site are of the snake bar.
Most of the other pics you will find on the net are of the cheezy racing bar.

You could try ringing ryan from snake and ask him if my old bar is still sitting on top of the container behind his office, I`ll guess it is still there

did you not read Guts post about some of the pics are a Cheezy Bar.

The best bet to find out about the bar would be to get in touch with Cheezy I would have thought

thanks guts yeah just gave em a call lol he wasent very talkative . he just said that they can make me one for $1500 coz they cut your old one up but yeah thats what he said it was worth a try thanks

Dude you need to read my post write above yours. I used to have a snake tube bar (which is what was on it in 4x4 monthly) it now has a cheezy racing tube bar on it (which is what was on it in 4x4 Australia). I am slowly replacing all the snake racing stuff on my hilux next to be changed will be the sliders

how come your taking all the snake racing stuff off. how much do u want for em or are they welded on.

Front bar came off because ryan wanted it back to make a gig off it, then "didn`t have it" when I finally got on to him after trying for about 12 months.

Sliders are going to come off because the driverside one bent when it shouldn`t have and dented the sill. It is bent that much that if it bends just 1/2 a mm more then I will not beable to open the door. As it is now the bottom of the drivers door hits the top of the slider when it opens.
