Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Lads,

I have a '06 Rodeo at work and I hear wisper that there is some problem with water gettting into the contol box for the electric tranfercase when you drive through anything deeper than 200mm.

Is there any truth to this and do you know what the fix is?

the transfer control unit is under the driver's seat. i'm pretty sure that it would be higher than 200mm but yes if they get wet they are a buggered.
