GQ Specs

Just wondering what the specs for the 4.2 petrol are as I pick my 91 shorty up this weekend.

What specific specs are u after exactly, ur leaving it a tad broad :)

It comes with a 4200cc engine, or 4.2 ltr called a TB42. this runs on petrol.

Comes with 5 wheels and tires 3 mirrors, 2 diffs, 1 transfercase, 1 gearbox of some description, has a shorter wheel base to the LWB, has 2 doors on side, and 1 door with a handle on the outside, and one without on rear.

it will have 3.9, 4.1, 4.3 or 4.6 diff ratios depending on if its stock or not.

It was made in 1990 or 1991.

Anything more, just ask..

Ah, I'll have to correct you there Bogged, 1 door per side and 2 on the rear. Geez, I always thought you could get good tech on this site - perhaps I was wrong... :lol: :lol: :lol:

Yea the artic trucks, I just cant remember what the ratio was.. 44's on them off the Showroom floor!

We have a bunch of comedians getting round this joint. I was chasing the power and torque. I m only just going on memory but I think mine has six wheels but one without a tire. It sits in front of the driver.

No I bushed my longreach for a tow rig with twin sticks. But It is getting less and less panels and more and more unroadworthy
