Wanting 32/11.5R15 on 95 pajero
I can get rims and tyres that are off a patrol and fit cruisers also(so I am told).
They are steel rims whats the go with the offset?
Can I just bolt 'em on or are the centres different sizes?

Patrol rims are normally zero offset, versus +10 for Pajero, so they increase track by 20mm - AFAIK, this is perfectly legal in all states.
Bolt pattern is the same, centre hole may be a fraction larger than Mitsubishi, but at least they fit.
'Cruisers have about -23mm offset, so they significantly increase the track on a Pajero. I doubt Patrol rims would fit a 'Cruiser, because of the offset difference - I certainly wouldn't want to do it.
Cheers,
Scott

i have put my standard patrol rims and tyres on my paj and they fit quite well. but i have a 2in lift and they look quite small in the guards compared to my 33s.
if your talking about standard patrol steel rims like the ones from a GU then you wont have any probs. i think mine are 265/75r16?? its too cold to go outside and have a look right now but i will in the morning
