Hey,

Just bought some 2" springs to whack in the GU.

Any special tools required to install them and approx how long will it take ?

Also heard that the longer front one goes on the drivers side !

Hi Swerve,

You right about the longer spring going in the drivers side, and the job if set up properly shouldn't take an longer than an 1, 2 hours at the max.

Regards

Go and buy a xtrail !

This is more for towing and touring, My G60 will be the play rig.

Nothing special needed, took me closer to 3 hours just taking my time, you will need to disconnect the swaybar everywhere. A good sturdy set of stands is a must IMO, one as a safety catcher somewhere and the other along with the jack as the holder-up-er-er as each corner of the chassis needs to go bloody high up and does become unstable - be careful here.
