i don't know that vehicle but generally if you have a lot of tank vacuum especially after a long run, then its usually the one way valve on the breather line that gets blocked. common fix is to drill a tiny wee hole in the fuel cap. otherwise see if you find the pipe/valve and clean it out.

check the cap itself,
this usually means that cap's one way valve to let the air in when the tank starts to empty might be stuffed and you may need a new fuel cap

i have the opposite..... when i loosen the cap to fuel up, and i have a long range tank.... it breathes for about 10 seconds sometimes. I should check my breather as well.

does it suck air in or blow it out? if it sucks in, there is a problem with the cap. if it blows out, its the internal breather
