Outer Limits 4x4 Board

need to find out if a turbo manifold off a 2.8 hilux will bolt straight up to my 2.4 hilux or is there some modifications need to be done?? any help will be much appreciated thanks

bolt holes are slightly different and so are the port holes.

I had a turbo manifold off a 2.4 and it wouldn`t fit my 2.8

do you think you could drill out the holes a bit more or are they a fair bit different?

not on the one I had, the port holes were even different

i think it depends on which motors your talking about here.

2.8 3L never came out with turbo's so its either an aftermarket manifold or more commonly a 2LT manifold which of course will fit back on a 2LT.
however i think generation 1 2L (2.4 atmo) head is a bit different so it may not fit. so you need to check which ver of the 2L your running.

i assume you already have a 2LT injector pump ??

I have fitted an aftermarket turbo kit from a 2.4 on my 2.8.
The ports all lined up spot on but all the bolt holes were 1/2 a hole out.
I had them ovaled out with a milling machine for $50 and it fits perfect now.
