Hello All,
A mate of mine has a 4.2 petty which does not change up properly when
( the car ) is cold :?:
Any possible known causes ?
I know this is a vague question! :D

Thanks
in advance ! :D

it has been colder than usual up here the last few days, the auto fluid needs to reach an operating temperature for it to spin through the torque converter plates effectively. mine holds 1st and 2nd a little longer but reaches operating temp after 5 min or so. and goes back to normal
