hey all clutch is in , problem , was in fitting box, clutch alignment was out by .5 mm
the next problem , is i am stuck in gear i thihnk it second,
If you look down where the gear box shaft is meant to go you see the 2 rods one slightly infront of the other, question is how do i get em level as screw driver just not doing it hey
(think when level they in neutral)
Is that correct?
at moment rods look like if that make sence

How do i put it neutral to get it to accept the gear stick propperly. Mark showed me once before, hence why i think they are meant to be the same.

bump, as still stuck.

yeah i tried the screw driver trick, for 30 minutes before coming inside, getting a rum, looking thru the manuals i have, get another rum, and go spend another 30 minutes playing, before , giving up. Tried it with clutch in , tried it with clutch out, tried with t case in neutral, had some one spin the jack shaft.
Yeah tried calling mark on his mobile and work line, he moving shops i hear.

To avoid this very common issue, try to have gearbox in neutral before pulling stuck out. And pull stick out carefully.
The gaps in the selectors do have to all line up, to be in neutral, and that is right for fitting the stick.
The screw driver thing should werk, but it is hard to apply the same force as a gearstick does.
sometimes you need something for the screw driver to lever against, maybe another one? It'd usually enough to lever on the side of the hole, but is alloy, so careful not to bust it.
Sometimes a small tap with a light hammer on the screwdriver is needed, but no hard wacking, as you could jam it up worse.
Moving jack shaft around can help.
