exhaust soot

when i warm the car up in the mornings i notice there is a fair amount of soot collecting on the gorund. once ive been driving a while it stops comming out. anyone know what this is from?
Usally its just exhaust carbon sitting in the exhaust mixed with water (condensation)
Once the exhaust fully heats (car warms up) up any moisture inside there will disapppear and you shouldnt see it. Also the choke kicks in when starting a cold motor you will notice that a little smoke will come out the back too.
It happens all the time.......its just more noticable in winter
