intercool it, there's a frontmount kit out there somewhere, or there's the water kit. I picked up about 32% in torque with a front mount added to a 1HDT. You could also get a 3 1/2" dump pipe which helps them spool up a little quicker.

Make sure your fuel pump and injectors are 110%, and fit a 3" exhaust and dump pipe from Beaudesert Exhausts and off you go

You can start with simple things first. Dyno it and see where its at for air fuel ratio and boost pressure etc. Then you know what works from then on. Boost pressure can be increased slightly, more fuel added, best to fit a pyro. I would wait on high flowing your turbo as it will effect down low response. Do you have the original dump pipe fitted if so get rid of it.
Then you can intercool, more boost, more fuel etc.

Gday Tobie
Id start with a electric fuel pump on that old beast of yours...it was never designed fuel pipe wise to rin a hdft...so u will be restricting performance there, also means you can run a cav filter or two without sacraficing power.
One of those boost controllers you see on ebay is an easy way to get more boost....but you need to get a cooler up front before you do that....
beware of the chinese fantastic coolers...look for something like a Supra cooler or even better for you 75 space wise, a subi or gt4 water to air....check out 4wdmonthly dot com where there is one for sale.
