Outer Limits 4x4 Board

wierd whistle from turbo area when the car warms up... ct20 turbo, sounds like something is llose but all is tight,, also chasing a new wastegate as this is allowing the turbo to boost at 18 pound. any thoughts appreciated, i am thinking that this noise could be leaking through the shot waste gate????

most likly the wate gate is either stuck or the daiphram has a split in it which is why its not opening causeing high boost. the noise could simply be from the turbo revving way to high. i sugest fixing before your motor destroys itself.
