Hilux Diff Centre Question. (Urgent Help Needed)

I hope some one out there can help.

I need to know what the Torque setting is on the large bolt that holds the pinion Flange onto the Diff centre,

I had to change my flange and I was not told about the PRE-LOAD .
Now I need to know what the Torque setting is so I can bolt it up properly with out over tightening it.

The other issue is the diff is in the car and the pinion Flange is off; can this be fixed with out pulling the centre out??

There is a marking on the shaft and the nut, is it possible if I line this up it will give the correct Pre-Load that was set before I took the Flange Off?

Please any help will be appreciated; I need to get this car finished.
I'm sick of getting stuffed around by people.

If you were just changing the oil seal i'd just tighten it up to the same place where the locking tab was hit in. Doing that with a new flange the problem is that one could be slightly longer than the other giving to much or to little pre load/backlash adjustment. Had a look in my manual (LN series 88-97) It reads
Drive pinion turning tourqe (bearing preload):
New bearings ......1.9-2.5NM
Original bearings..0.9-1.3NM
Total differental turning tourqe(Bearing preload):
drive pinion turning tourqe
plus 0.4-0.6NM
Crown wheel backlash...13-0.18MM
drive pinion flange runout:
vertical runout limit.......0.10MM
lateral runout limit.......0.10MM
Did you also replace the "crush washer". Done a seal in a mates using old flange and used the old mark to set it up and haven't had a drama. Might be best to ring a few diff shops to see what it would cost or maybe invest in a manual.
