Hi,
Can anyone recommend a reliable diesel mechanic/workshop in the Galdesville area that doesn't charge an arm and a leg? It's for a Nissan Patrol TD42T. Truck doesn't seem to drag past the 2400rpm range.... can hear it "wheezing" but the speedometer climbs very slowly past that rev range for all gear changes (1st to 5th).
Thanks
Mike

just wanted to say NEVER go to commercial diesel on silverwater road silverwater! after asking them if they could fit me in to have a look at the injectors and injector pump as it's starting to smoke heavier black under acceleration, the dumbarse suggested i sell the truck! wtf. i explained... no, it'sonly got 250k on the clock, doesn't use a drop of water and the only oil it uses is leaking from the rear master cylinder (to be fixed next week)! he still suggested I sell it rather than him look at it! only reason i went there is they're across the road from my work. pffft. one call to west end diesel and it's booked in on thursday for a tune. i haven't even been there yet but their 'can do' attitude puts them miles ahead those other wankers!
