im having trouble resetting my freewheel hub in hilux yn65 series.have placed springs in slot of grooved actuator (moving internal gear) and other end of spring clips onto the base plate which moves in and out according to postion of lock or free ,but it still gets jammed in use and requires force to shift positions?ive checked the wear or bend factor and used new parts in comparison.as anyone done this job ?do i have to roll the wheel a little for free engaging or release.i never did before.
