2.5" SYSTEM ON 2L 4CYL PETROL

I HAS A 3Y IN A 84 LUX
NEED MORE POWER=LARGER SYSTEM.
THE CURRENT ONE IS; EXTRACTERS, 1.75" TO A STANDARD ZORST
I WAS GONNA GO FROM THE EXTRACTORS, TO A 2.5" FOLLOWED BY A TURBO MUFFLA (SEE STRAIGHT THROUGH IT).
WILL THIS JUST BURN OUT THE MOTOR DUE TO A LACK OF BACK PRESSURE, AND WHAT'S EVERYONE'S COMMENTS ON IT.

i had extractor and 2" system with straight though muffer on my 4runner and i just brought a 84 exrta cab it has extractor on it i'm just got to do the same thing again it worked well. good power incress fron standard

woa......easy on the shouting (caps) there!
big bore exhaust will certainly be an improvement. however a 2.5" straight through system is going to be #$%$# LOUD! stick to 2", a resonator and a muffler.
i have no idea where everyone gets this idea that lower backpressure will burn out motors

Don`t spend a cent on it, keep the extracters and cut the exhaust as close as you can to the muffler and make do to what you get

id say 2.5 is way to big. i have 2inch on mine with no extractors and its loud. i wouldnt go any bigger then 2inch
