Redbook often has basic specs: was there anything in particular you're interested in?
I don't recall different spec levels, so interiors are probably all pretty much the same.
3.0V6, 24V, somewhere just shy of 140kW I believe.
4 spd Auto or 5spd manual trans.
Easy Select 4wd system allows selection of 4wd on the move up to 100km/h.
No centre diff, so no "full time 4wd" option like the Paj.
5 Seats.
IFS - torsion bars.
Not sure if 2002 would be leaf or coil rear.
Leaf rear came with 265/70-15" tyres, coil came with 265/70-16" (I think...)
Separate chassis, essentially the same as Triton.
In stock form wheel travel is a little limited, but I think they respond OK to the normal off-road enhancements.
Front and rear difflocks available (not 100% on coil rear diff?) and crawler gears from 3.0 Paj should fit.
Any particular questions?

i ask cause he needs a service done, i can get the parts for him but we're wonderin how it is cause he's not the best. i was assumin it's a basic service but was wonderin if there is any niggly bits that they put in there to annoy every one. but assumin is a bad idea. so better be safe and ask then have him get half way throiught it and get screwed over.
The engine's a V6, and I think the plugs can be a bitch to get to - if they're due for replacement. Simple things like oil and filter change are straightforward, changing the waterpump is a major job.
Have a read through the service book to find out what's required, because some of them are farkin' HUGE services - replacing the timing belt at 100k typically sends the service over the $1000 mark.
Cheers,
Scott

my mechs pretty good, he just did
- timing case seal
- cam seal
- oil pressure switch
- accessory belt
- raditor flush and new cap
for $450. considering i was there last time he did the timing belt, charged me $200, he had to take everything from the harmonic balancer forward out of the car, including thr whole radiator assembly and was in the workshop from 7am, til 8pm at night, he di a couple of services in between but still he spent prob a good eight hours on it, same this time, so for 8 hours work and prob $100 for parts i rekon i got off lightly
