Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I need to get a roofrack arrangement made up for my 'runner, but don't have access to welding gear/steel supplies etc, and therefore need to get someone to knock up what I want. Rather than letting my fingers do the walking, can someone suggest a wheeler that is in steel fab that would be interested in the work. Ideally in Mordialloc area, or chesterville rd. I'd rather support a wheeler than some other turkey, if I have to spend money...
