is anyone able to tell me if an 80 series clutch is the same as a 2uz v8 one from a 100 series?

I think that you will find that the 2UZ-FE (V8) engine only came in an auto. Just checked the Toyota website and they only list autos for that engine and the Exedy clutch application book says the same.

In the 80' there is different clutches with the 3F and 1FZ-FE engines (if you are referring to a petrol 80').

well i have priced from toyota genuine aust delivered 2uz bellhousing clutch and flywheel

and there is a guy on these forums with these parts he got from a wreckers in a 40 with a 1uz

so i assume they did make em
