who has seen this?

i was at ateco on the weekend and was looking at this fj40 from tuff truck!
anyway i was just wanting to no some things bout this!
i was tlkin to someone about it and they said that he had extended the wheelbase from 89” to a whoping 115” wheel base!
how would this have been done ie. has he just extended the chassis or the body as well?
any help would be great even links to more info on it
