can any one give me info on the '81 model SWB nissan patrol diesel ?
springs coils ? what are they like ?
Just got an offer of a cheap one. The bloke wants me to let no in the morning.
Help he's talking cheap.

they have leaf springs, their not a bad begginer truck, or a cheaptruck to start modding, this all depends on the price and condition

There are a lot of cheap 81 Patrols out there, so be sure it's cheap cheap not just ordinary price cheap.
And if it's rusty enough, it's not worth anything to you unless you've got another one you need parts for. So be careful.
On the other hand, if it's in very good condition (and if it happened to have a five-speed)... grab it.

good drive train 33's slight rust under doors going to have a look in the morning , another one hes talking $500- not sure if its 4 or 5 spd
