Hello
The truck I own has 1979 45 series troopy runing gear. The brakes are disk front, drum rear. What puzles me is the rear drums seem to be the ones from the front as they have no hand brake set up.There is a center tail shaft brake but no rear drum hand brake set up.Is this a normal thing for this year/model cruiser or has the previous owner for what ever reason fitted front drums of another cruiser to the rear of this truck?
Just trying to get shoes for it.
Cheers

I have a 1970 FJ45 and a 1978 for spares. Both have the Handbrake on the drive shaft. Take the shoes to brake place, not Repco or Supercheap and they will either tell you what you want or make them for you. Skim the drums if you can, but do both to the same dimension.
