G'day, any members currently using this system. It is an Italian manufacturer Bigas and meets EuroSpec 3 emission standards.I am considering buying the front-end system as well as the small wing petrol tank from the UK (from Tinley Tech) and sourcing locally a donut tank to replace the main fuel tank. Any feedback on this system would be appreciated.
Thanks

vapour injection (gas injection) on new model fords and holdens can actually give more power than running on petrol, when its been tuned properly. It also gives better economy than a standard LPG conversion.
The disadvantages are that you can't tune it without a laptop and program, and preferably a dyno as well, and that its quite costly due to the ECU and the setup of the converters and injector blocks. Also due to the fact that the manifold needs to be drilled and tapped to allow the gas ports to be fitted, which is a bit more labour intensive than a regular conversion.
However, if you can afford the extra for vapour injection, and can justify it (both to yourself and the missus!), the conversion is well worth doing.

Tinley Tech have quoted 650 Pounds for the front end system and 250 pounds for the 36L wing tank. This also includes the programme to tune the gas system. As the WA Govt. give a $1000.00 subsidy for gas and the Federal Govt. is talking about matching that as well, the conversion will be well worth the effort. I just need info from someone who is currently using the system before I commit.
