Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Can anyone give me some contact details for a engineer. Want to get my bodylift oked for the insurance company. Needed in melb too. May remove my sway bar too and try for that. Any help would be great.

I know it is a NSW RTA site but it has Vic engineers down near the bottom.
