NA Pajero? Diffs-Brakes etc

Hi there
I am very new at owning a Pajero and know very little about them so some advice would be awsome.
I have a very early Pajero. 1980? it has a fiberglass section in the roof and a lift off rear section, is SWB with a 4d55t engine.
What diffs can I fit to get LSD, is there any that bolt straight in?
Is there a conversion for rear disc ?
What is with the lack of manual front hubs? mine just has a dust cover and thats all.
Is there anything that I should check out that gives trouble?
It does not have a winch - is it easy to get and fit to this model?
I am hoping to use it as a club truck for fun style meetings.
