I couldnt believe it... and me been in south america for the past 20years myself and never saw one.

haha!! good old South America.
up until about 5- 10 years ago, Mexico was still producing Volkswagen Beetles!!! Real ones! Air cooled rear engine!!

Somewhere in South America they still make 40 series cruisers as well. They grille is different otherwise they're still 40's. I had a link of them somewhere, but can't seem to find it.

we supplied some gear to a company in china for a bunch of brand new 105s cruisers, they are made there under lisence, so if you were really keen you can get various older model toyos brand new from other countries
