V6 Commodore engine into Lux

Hi guys, Can anyone tell me how hard it is to put a V6 commodore engine into Lux and is it worth the effort :?: .
Its a 92 2.8ltr Lux.
Where / who do I get an adapter plate for the gearbox from. :?:
If anyone can give me some tips that would be great. :)

its worth every cent if u intend to keep the car. Iv had a manual and auto would go with the auto
parts from marks 4x4 adapters

Ruin a good toyota by putting holden crap into it :roll:
Cheaper and easier to turbo what you have :)

:cry: Cant put a turbo on the motor is rs and needs a rebuild.

How did you go with the engine mounts, Was there any problems. have you got any pics.

Here are some of the Marks prices for a V6 into a Hilux

Toyota Hilux LN60/61/65/106/107/111/130/167/172 (Engine 2L,2.4ltr, 3L,2.8ltr & 5L 3ltr Diesel 5-speed) with leaf spring front end (live axle).

MFK354 TH700R-4 to Hilux 5-speed gear drive transfer case $835

C/O Change over deposit $110

MFK129 Bellhousing Kit to Hilux petrol or diesel 4-cylinder 5-speed. $970

MFK130 Engine Mount Kit Commodore V6 to Hilux 18R, 22R and all diesel models with leaf spring front suspension. $190

MFK648D Commodore V6 VN, VP, and VR engine interface loom diesel models. (Includes Tacho Interface) $485

I also make a 11 blade viscous fan and a heavy flywheel for the Commodore V6 for off road
