Easy to do yourself--lever out old seal with twisting action using a large screwdriver. Use Gen Nissan seals--aftermarket can be iffy and always seal properly..

It is a big job if you don't know what your doing, but take notice of how you pulled it apart and put it all back together the same way.

Buy a full swivel hub kit, 2 tubes of high-temp lithium grease and 5l of 80w/90 front diff oil

In order to get to the swivel hub seal, their are a couple of other seals aswell that may as well be replaced. If seal has been leaking, then upon inspection of your swivel hub bearings you'll probably find they could do with replacing too. Therefore buy a kit and replace the lot - that way you're only doing a fiddly, messy job once. And you know it's been done!

Check wheel bearings aswell and repack or replace as required.

Check for contamination of grease in CV's. If grease is clean and cv's are not noisy then put back in. If water has penetrated then you'll need to repack grease in CV's too.
