has any1 made twin cab disco?

contemplating ute conversion but would like a twin cab has it been done series 1 disco

I saw one in a pommy mag once, it looked pox and the tray wasnt worth the effort, if you extended it and put a decent size tray on it would look ok. Maybe try a photochop first to see what it would like.

yeah chassis extension would b the go but i only want a small tray big enough 4 a dog and a fridge

only prob is the shape of the c pillar it would need to be replaced so it is not on an angle

IMO the stagered roof line would look even stranger having only a short section raised up the back. Definately agree on the chassis extension though otherwise it will look way out of proportion. Understandably the ideas there because you already own the car (I'm assuming anyway) but I think a dual cab chop would be much more suited to a rangie. Few extra inches of wheelbase would be nice though, make for a smoother ride with a lot of touring type tracks.

i was thinking of using the high part of the roof and making a new front piece
but it is sounding like tooooo much work might just buy a series and build that
