The EFI diesel 3 litre has a bit more poke.
The old school 3 litre is not far off the 2.8

the "bit more poke" one is a turbo deisel and not part of the L series. some of the L series has EFI just like the later 3 litre turbo diesels.

there is not a huge amount of difference power wise between a 3L and a 5L. however they are so gutless ANY increase in power is noticeable. the 5L-E is slightly better than the 5L.

Yeah I was refering to the 5L-E.
My mate has one and it pisses all over my 2.8
Not now I have a turbo though :)
