I'm currently having some electrical problems and was hopping you might have a solution to it. Recently my right aircon blower went kaput. I gain accessed to the aircon blower and i notice there are 3 sockets. One multiplug socket, one black and one red wire.
I took a test pen to test the red wire and there was no current.
I checked the fusebox in the engine compartment, my relay box looks pretty cracked and melted. I took a test pen and tested the female connectors for Relay 6 and 7 (right and left aircon blower). I tested with the ignition off.
The results
Terminal 30 there was power.
Terminal 87 there was no power.
Oddly there was power in terminal 86 and terminal 85, the test pen showed power but dim.
Any idea how to trace this problem?
Then read the fusebox article and replaced with a brand new fuse box as suggested. Same problem.
I really hope someone could suggest a solution to this problem.
I hope something is not shorting big time.
Sigh

Best Regards
Victor Cheong.

I don't know much about tracing circuts etc, but I'm assuming you've got a P38a? (95-02 RR)

Do you have testbook icon on HEVAC display?

Have you tried swapping relays 6 & 7 around, even using an another yellow relay from something that's not being used?
