Anyone know how to increase the front payload of the new Hilux be at least 50%?
I don't want to mess around with a SAS but do need the extra capacity.

what hilux (single/double/extra cab?) have you got and what rules do you have to adhere to?

Double Cab 4x4 2.5 D4D. There are no real rules as the vehicles will be used off road. We just need to add a lot of weight to the vehicle and need an extremly robust solution.

Have a chat to Guest 4WD in Melbourne... If they can't advise which way to go, there's something wrong!

why would you try and increase the payload of a hilux when u could just go buy a cruiser, patrol or others that already have that payload and will cost less to buy than it will to convert an ifs truck to carry that much more weight

if off road then do what you like. add some tractor weights?
on road......well its a double cab, you simply can't put much on the back as all the load tends to be past the rear axle. if you need to carry a lot then get a single cab.
interesting to see you have a 2.5 litre, we only get a 3 litre D4.
