front disc brakes

im having problems with my brakes pulling to the left hand side and the other day the brakes must of got stuck on on the drivers side and the hole disc was glowing red

Sounds like you need to take your vehicle to a brake shop and ask them to give you a free 64 point check-up.

something simlar has happened to me, just take it to the brake shop. lots of mud and shit gets jammed in places and calipers can get stuck somehow. maybe a good pull apart and clean, bleed the brakes etc may fix, or you might be up for a new caliper.
