Specs and limits.

Ive been watching another thread ,
about a new class of rock crawling maybe , Fun Non the less !
Thing is i believe there are only certian things that limit ability.
If you think other wise fill me in ?
1 tire size.
2 wheelbase
3 track
If the limits are placed on these three things , does it not become a reasnable equalliser ?
