Also i've had a wheel balance and wheel alignment all OK.

i don't any experience with GU's mate but if your wheels are out of balance this can happen. It happened on my MK swapped the wheels back to front sovled the problem. I would recommend getting your wheels balanced, cheap and if it doesn't work you haven't lost mch. This is definently were i would start.

Good luck

cheak your lower controll arm bushes i swear they may look ok but there not...

do this simple test...

get a pinch bar ( crowbar) and put the spade end inbetween the controll arm and the diff mount... and force it back and forth ... there should be next to no movement... if there is.... there phucked.!

and thats what is causing your shake..

double check the bushes in the radius arms, panhards etc, check the wheel bearing for movment, check how tight the wheel bearings are. check alligment, check ballance. check castor, ie what lift if any and if lift what correction
