Outer Limits 4x4 Board

can a few people send me some pics of tray for their hiluxes???its time to get rid of my tub before i wreck it.i just want a few styles and mounting pics if possible.

this is what i got it just bolts into the original tray bolt holes....

basic but hey it came with the car and i like it...

My tray was purpose built to be just wide enough for the tyres/wheels that I wanted, and at a minimal height to keep the centre of gravity down wilst having enough room for flex. Follow these basic guidelines and you can't go far wrong.

bit OT here but guts do you get much up travel with that shackle angle?

thanks people. just wondering what material most people are using? i was thinking 75x50 rhs maybe 3mm to try get some weight in the arse end cos mine flexes real bad, has no weight holding it down. as soon as u get a few things in the back it works great

ok it is in a mag i have (modified 44wheeler) and there caling it the cleanest lux in OZ

Guts are your sides 50x50 and the rear 75x50
what wall thickness is it

The 2 main rails are 50 x 100 x 5mm
The 2 side rails and the front rail are 50 x 75 x 3mm
The rear section is 50 x 150 x 5mm
The cross bars that the checker plate is bolted to are 50 x 25 x 1.5mm
The roll bars are 50 x 3.25 or there abouts DOM tube and use about 2 and a half lengths and are heavier then the rest of the tray.
