If everything external to computer OK then its in the programme to reduce emms on trailing throttle.
Safari chip will fix.

Thanks but it has a uni chip & have checked for vaccume leaks also sprayed liberal amounts of carby cleaner in butterfly housing while reving but no change. Something else i have noticed is cold fast idle is taking longer to fall to 700 wich is warm idle setting. SNAFU

It will have a Idle by-pass (IAC valve) Be careful spraying carb clean in these cause it can stuff them. Some throttle bodys have a coating that dosn't like carb clean also.

how did it go after you cleaned the idle air control and the throttle body, hunting idle usally means one of them is dirty.
