Recovery gear and vehicle

As part of a business deal, one of the aspects is 4x4 recovery. I have owned various 4x4's, mostly hiluxes for about 20 years and have nearly always got myself out when stuck or used just a snatch strap to help others. Apparently here there is a lot of extreme recoveries in the forestry and beach areas, so I would need to upgrade the gear, so..
1. what is a good winch that could handle weekly use in the sub $1500 mark.
2. What are the best snatch straps out there to handle regular use
3. What are the best high lift jacks around?
4.Are those Airbags any good for recoveries
The vehicle I at this stage, keeping in mind they don't last longer than 2 years, is an LN106 2.8 hilux, stock as a rock, steel tray, H/D rear bar, alloy front. I would like to put Lokkas in it just due to budget constraints, are the Lokkas ok for beach and forestry work, no hills or rocks about here.
I will also have a 4x4 tractor for really bad cases. i.e all you can see is the roof
