About as Stuffed as a battery can get.

But when you say charge it, How long are you charging it for and at what voltage?

Thanks went to get tested at local batteries and they changed it over for a new battery.
Apparently a second battery needs charging with a battery charger once a month as the alternator only puts 70% charge into battery.
