improving a 100series engine?

G'day all,

Lucky for me my old man owns a 100series cruiser with a whole host of touring options. He is contemplating putting an extractor/exhaust system with a finer air filter on it aswell.

Does anyone have this done already?
Are the increase in power/torque noticeable, or worth the cash?
What brand systems do you rceommend?
Does it use anymore/less fuel? (on or off-road?)

Has anyone wacked a supercharger on one of these things? (this is what i want! )

Cheers,

yeah, i did hear that they can cause headaches,

but the main problem was the inlet manifold doesn't flow effeciently.

does this makes sense? apparently you can get the manifold flowing well and it should make a big difference?

i don't know too much though.

any companies you know of may be able to help?
