Has anyone ever dealt with the following:
autopartswarehouse
All OEM Parts or
The Parts Bin
I have looked at these sites and although their home pages are different once you get to their parts catalogues and prices they all look the same.
Even the prices are the same.
I'm starting to think they may be bogus.
The shipping company they used to ship a part to me last year only have paperwork to say it arrived in Australia but NO PART!
Is it worth getting Consumer affairs to look into it for me.
It was only $120Aus. but I still dont have my part. I just get the run around from both the supplier and the shipping company.

I usually do a Google search with the name and/or url to see what people say about them on different forums.

How did you pay for the parts???? If it was by credit card contact your bank and let them know. I've had a problem like this, contacted the bank that i had the cedit card through, filled out some paperwork and they refunded my account

You can search the Better Business Bureau:
http://search.bbb.org/
Try plugging in their phone numbers and see what comes up.

I've been buying stuff from the states for years, if they're not recognised by the BBB, as mentioned above, don't go near them, there's heaps of dodgy US parts shops out there, easy to get burned.

Cheers, Thanks for the links, I'll follow them up.
I paid by wire transfer from my bank to theirs.
It was for an O2 sensor that I could only get through Holdens and they wanted, now get this: $650 plus GST! Made by Denso but OEM fitted do you think I could get one anywhere else? My auto sparky could get one for $500 inc. gst but I thought that was still way overboard. Must be the middle man making some serious mark up along the line because in the USA the same part was $59(US) Add conversion and frieght there's ya 120.
Turned out there was nothing wrong with my O2 sensor in the end
but I'd still like my money back.

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s). The company has resolved most complaint(s) presented by the Bureau; however, the Bureau did not receive a response to other complaint(s).
And yer, they are all the one company.
