i got mine from metal shop, "Metaland" and costed me the block of aluminium for 77 bucks all up, got bolts from bolt and nut shop, costed me about 20buck..

It'd be cheaper to get it from those type of places than getting it in package from the 4wd shop.

like me old man always say.. shop around and make comparsion

I can't really answer your question but here's some handy info for your body lift.

It was compiled by Dave F, the previous owner of my Roza.

I machined mine form urethane which I had around (so cost is ??) bolts about $20. I would avoid metal blocks as any vibration would be coupled to the body. A little bit of "give" is required so a soft material is required. Its surprising just how much the chassis / body moves relative to each other.
