the other night when i got home from work i noticed a noise comin from the engine bay. Sort of sounds a bit like the a/c's on or something. Its like it's sucking air in from somewhere through the filter or something. No change in performance or anything but just the noise. Theres no obvious rips in any hoses or anything so im assuming it's just sucking air through somewhere?

do you hear it with the motor on or off, have you noticed any decrease in brake pedal feel? possibility of a cracked vacume line on the vacume pump behind alternator, or maybe you have a bloked diff breather which is tryin to get air,

only when motors on. And yeah i have noticed a bit of a decrease in the feel of the pedal. If the cracked vacume line is the cause, is it visually obvious to see? whats involved with fixing it, just a new line or?
thanks
